The Long Lake Area Chamber of Commerce represents a wide variety of commercial enterprises, restaurants, retailers, and lifestyle and professional services based in the west metro area approximately 20 minutes from Minneapolis. We’re proud to include the award-winning Orono School District as a member of our organization.
In addition to offering networking opportunities for members, highlighting new and existing businesses, and advocating for the importance of shopping locally, we also partner with other organizations to present several family-friendly community events throughout the year.

Buckhorn Days 2026
Saturday, July 25, 2026 | 12pm – 10pm | Nelson Lakeside Park, Long Lake, MN. Rain or shine – bring your lawn chairs!
Join the Long Lake community for a full day of family fun at Buckhorn Days, presented by the Long Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and Orono Lions. The day kicks off at noon with the Kid Zone and inflatables, vendor and food/beverage tents, a car show, face painting, and info booths from Wayzata PD and Long Lake Fire Department.
Afternoon highlights include the Orono Lions Doggie Races at 3:30pm and the Bean Bag Toss Tournament at 4pm, followed by Midwest All-Star Wrestling from 5-7pm.
Live music runs from 1pm to 10pm on the main stage, featuring Brady Perl Stampede and The Pickled Beats.
